The operating problem

AfriHealth was not a single-message product. The growth system had to support telemedicine, maternal and senior-care offers, corporate health, education and market-facing events without turning every channel into a disconnected campaign.

AfriHealth builds technology-led healthcare products, including Rigour+, a telemedicine app that connects patients to appointments, ambulances and prescribed medication services.

What I owned

From ambiguity
to an operating path.

The work is shown as decisions and systems—not a list of software tools or an inflated job description.

  1. 01

    Ran the growth engine

Connected lead generation, app adoption, paid media, content and community activity to product and market priorities.

  2. 02

    Converted campaigns into demand

Supported campaign work that recorded 8.3K+ votes, 60 Baby of the Year entries, 320 installs and new community members.

  3. 03

    Worked in the field

Connected three major events and six outreaches or activations to visibility, follow-up and lead capture.

  4. 04

    Supported institutional rollout

Contributed to the six-month Smart Clinics pilot across four Lagos PHCs with Lagos State Health District 2.

Close to implementation

Growth met field reality.

The work stayed close to what people clicked, what they asked for, what staff needed and what field teams had to deliver.

Evidence bank

E1

Campaign and activation records

Retained records support the install, lead, campaign, event and outreach proof points shown here.

E2

Institutional programme record

The Lagos PHC rollout is presented as programme support inside a lean team—not as sole personal ownership.

What changed

The work connected acquisition, community movement and event visibility with the realities of healthcare implementation across field and institutional channels.

What I learned

In healthtech, channel activity is only useful when the path after the click is clear. Distribution, trust and service delivery have to be designed together.
