The operating problem

Both environments required judgement under ambiguity: high-volume evidence delivery at Techlocate, and proposals, partner conversations and institutional market development at TrikaHealth.

The work is grouped because the operator signal is the same: create visibility, templates and review rhythms so complex delivery can move without losing quality.

What I owned

From ambiguity
to an operating path.

The work is shown as decisions and systems—not a list of software tools or an inflated job description.

  1. 01

    Mapped complex evidence

Structured criteria, recommendation letters, speaking and judging evidence, salary material, revisions and final handover.

  2. 02

    Built delivery visibility

Introduced a central dashboard, template library and recurring sprint reviews for clearer queues and quality control.

  3. 03

    Supported institutional GTM

Developed proposals, partner materials and market-facing narratives for public-sector and health-system conversations.

  4. 04

    Kept claims inside the evidence

Treated confidential commercial detail, weak metrics and incomplete market proof as boundaries—not material to embellish.

Evidence bank

E1

Delivery system

Dashboards, templates and review records support the Techlocate workflow story.

E2

Institutional materials

Internal proposals, analytics reviews and partner materials support the TrikaHealth contribution story.

What changed

Complex work became easier to inspect and move: client evidence through a delivery system, and healthtech product scope through an institutional market narrative.

What I learned

Operating discipline matters most when the environment is messy. The useful move is to make the work visible, then make the next decision explicit.
